Cancellation Policy

I understand that things happen unexpectedly and I will always do my best to accommodate my clients. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, 50% of the total service will be charged to the card on file. There is a 10 minute Grace period. Anything later than 10 minutes will result in the appointment being cancelled and 50% of the total service will be charged to the card on file. All no call no shows will be charged 100% of the total service and will be charged to the card on file All Facial appointments require a $20 non refundable Deposit. This deposit will go towards the final cost of your appointment. The deposit will only be transferable once and only if the appointment is rescheduled.
